These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the flooring and tile installation services provided by M&M Professional Installations LLC ("M&M", "we", "us", or "our"). By accepting a quote or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.
M&M provides professional flooring and tile installation services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of work is defined in your written estimate, proposal, or contract.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change after this period due to material costs, availability, or scope changes. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented and approved before proceeding.
A deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule. The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work, unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may delay project completion or warranty service.
Project scheduling is based on material availability and site readiness. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Last- minute cancellations or site access delays may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiture of a portion of the deposit to cover reserved labor time.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and provide a workmanship warranty as outlined in your agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, structural movement, water intrusion, or materials supplied by others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&M will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We value clear communication and will work in good faith to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation or the courts located in Butler County, Ohio.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
